2.4 Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with or utilize Third-Party Services, including analytics providers, live chat providers, payment processors, communication tools, hosting providers, domain providers, and similar technologies.
Such Third-Party Services may independently collect, process, store, or transmit information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
Riverscape Web does not control the privacy practices or operations of Third-Party Services.

5. How Information May Be Shared
Riverscape Web does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation.
Riverscape Web may share information under the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers and Operational Support
Riverscape Web may share information with service providers, contractors, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication providers, support providers, and other third parties that assist with operation, maintenance, support, security, analytics, communications, hosting, payment processing, or improvement of the Services.

Riverscape Web may host, process, transmit, store, or otherwise handle such information in connection with providing the Services.
Customers are independently responsible for their own handling, use, disclosure, retention, and management of information collected through their own websites and business operations.
5.3 Legal Compliance and Protection
Riverscape Web may disclose information if reasonably necessary to:
- (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, legal process, or governmental request;
- (b) enforce agreements, policies, or legal rights;
- (c) investigate or address suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, illegal activity, or violations of agreements or policies;
- (d) protect the rights, property, safety, security, or operations of Riverscape Web, users, customers, or third parties; or
- (e) respond to emergencies or situations involving potential harm.

- internet-based services inherently involve security risks;
- unauthorized third parties may attempt to access systems or communications;

- Riverscape Web cannot guarantee absolute security of information or systems.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their own account credentials, devices, systems, networks, and communications used in connection with the Services.

Riverscape Web may act as a service provider, platform provider, or hosting provider on behalf of customers operating their own websites and businesses.
If information was submitted through a customer-operated website powered by the Impress Cloud Platform, requests relating to such information may need to be directed to the applicable customer operating the website.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and Riverscape Web does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under thirteen (13).
If Riverscape Web becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under thirteen (13) in a manner requiring parental consent or deletion under applicable law, Riverscape Web may take reasonable steps to delete such information.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child may have provided information to Riverscape Web may contact Riverscape Web using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.
